I created One Life, Balanced to share my journey and inspire others on their journeys to health.  I am a CrossFit (adults) and CrossFit Kids trainer.  I also do personal training outside the gym.  I follow a Paleo-diet lifestyle and avidly encourage others to do the same.  In my personal life I’m the biggest lover of dogs and pretty much anything that is furry and found in the wild.  I love my family, boyfriend and friends and encourage each of them to do the things that make them the happiest.  I also encourage you to do the same, life is too short to do otherwise.
